Our Process
Most patients begin with a discovery call, then move into one of three options below. The right starting point depends on where you are — already partnered with a clinician and just want functional testing, ready to dig into root-cause work over four months, or working with a complex multi-system picture that benefits from a longer arc.
Discovery Call
($25, 15 minutes)
A short video call to talk through what's going on, hear my approach, and see if we're a fit. The $25 fee is applied toward your program when you decide to move forward.
Lab Insights
A starting point. For patients who want functional testing and a one-time clinical review without committing to a full program. What's included:
15-minute pre-call to identify the right test for your situation (booking invitation will be sent upon booking this service)
Lab kits ordered through my dispensary
60-minute lab review session
Written summary with prioritized findings and recommended next steps
$395 with testing billed separately.
Your $395 is credited in full toward program enrollment within 30 days if you decide to continue.
Foundations Program (Most Popular)
4 months. Most patients begin here — single-system focus on gut, hormones, autoimmune support, or general functional medicine care.
What's included:
75-minute initial consultation
60-minute lab review session
4 monthly follow-up sessions (45 minutes each)
Email support between sessions
Written protocol, updated at each visit - Practitioner-grade supplements at preferred pricing
Cost $1,950 Testing billed separately (typical range: $300–$1,200).
Comprehensive Program
6 months. For complex cases, multi-system presentations, mold/toxin or autoimmune work, or anyone wanting mid-program retesting included.
What's included:
- 75-minute initial consultation
- 60-minute lab review session
- 6 monthly follow-up sessions (45 minutes each)
- Mid-program retest review at month 4 (additional 30 minutes)
- Email support between sessions
- Written protocol, updated at each visit
- Practitioner-grade supplements at preferred pricing
$2,850 with testing billed separately (typical range: $300–$1,500;
mid-program retesting typically $200–$500).
