Your Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist And Functional Practitioner
helping YOU Feel Like The Best Version of Yourself.
Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional therapy centers on the idea that real health can be achieved through holistic and individual approach to nutrition. Food is medicine. So many of our disease today are a results of a weakness in the body’s physiological foundations brought on by poor nutrition choices.
Functional Medicine
Functional medicine is a personalized, science-informed approach to health that focuses on understanding underlying patterns and imbalances that may influence wellbeing. It takes a whole-person perspective, considering nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and individual biochemistry, and emphasizes collaboration between practitioner and client to support optimal health and resilience.
As a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner I’m passionate about treating the whole person as an individual not just a disease. No one shoe fits all and the protocols in nutritional therapy and functional medicine will look at how we can optimize the patient where they are so we can support their wellness journey. We’ll look at diet in a very detailed way, and then lifestyle factors, family healthy history, patient health history, childhood health history, genetic predispositions, stress, movement and mindset. It isn’t all about food and diets. Our mind, body and environments are intricately connected, and you need to support them all; a harmonious balance of interconnectedness is required for success throughout your live phases.
I work with clients through my pillars of health philosophy to achieve wellness, optimum digestion & hormonal balance. Finding the root cause of your symptoms is essential. From here, we will work together, using nutrition and other lifestyle factors, to enable your body to heal itself. Specializing in digestive, hormone, autoimmune, mold/toxin exposure and inflammatory conditions.
